At Theory First – Online Driving Tuition, we strive to provide high-quality online courses to support learner drivers and their accompanying supervisors. Before placing an order, please carefully review our policy regarding refunds and rescheduling.

No Refunds

Once an order is placed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Inability to attend the course

Failure to meet technical requirements for online participation


Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you may request to move your course date. However:

You must contact us at least 48 hours before the course start time to request a date change.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed but will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
